从前有个农夫。 Once there was a farmer.

他天天种田。 He farmed every day.

田边有个树桩。 There was a tree stump by the field.

树桩很大。 The stump was very big.

一只兔子跑来。 A rabbit ran over.

它撞在树桩上。 It hit the stump.

兔子死了。 The rabbit died.
