THE GOODNIGHT DUMPLING CAT · EL GATO BOLITA DE BUENAS NOCHES

1

Let your body relax, and gently set your heart down. Today was enough. Let the moon handle the rest. Let your body relax, and gently set your heart down.

2

Before dark, water one happy thought.

3

Count three leaves; worries power down.

Cuenta tres hojas; las preocupaciones se apagan.

4

Wash off the day; keep the cute.

5

The pillow is soft; the world can wait.

6

One yawn opens the door to night.

7

Curl into a circle; let the heart slow down.

8

The moon is on night shift; I am not.

9

A happy tree grows in dreams.

En los sueños crece un árbol feliz.

Hello, I'm the Goodnight Dumpling Cat. No matter how busy the day has been, at night I hang a sign that says, 'Worries are closed.' Before dark, I water one happy thought, count three leaves, and wash away the dust of the day while keeping all the cuteness. The pillow is soft, and the world can wait. I open the door to night with one enormous yawn, curl myself into a round little ball, and let my heart slow down. The moon works the night shift; my job is to rest. In my dreams, today's small happiness grows into a glowing tree. Tomorrow begins light and easy again.
