Knowing How to Comfort Yourself Matters · Saber consolarte es muy importante

1

KNOWING HOW TO COMFORT YOURSELF MATTERS “Comforting yourself” is not fooling yourself; it is using small, gentle things to settle your feelings and regain strength.

THE FOUR BLOOM SISTERS Hello, we are the Four Bloom Sisters. We love bright dresses, flowers in our hair, and staying close when one of us needs care. When it rains inside, we do not demand instant happiness; we simply sit together. When body and heart feel empty, we make warm tea and share a little cake. We choose colors for one another, place flowers gently in our hair, and let our skirts and worries fly when the music begins. At sunset, we walk hand in hand through the garden. We have learned that comforting yourself does not mean pretending everything is fine. It means using small acts of kindness to settle your feelings and slowly find the strength to move forward.
