Hello, I'm Lolo, the Easygoing Sloth. My day begins with peaceful lounging on a branch. I stretch very, very slowly and roll over without hurry. When I see a tender leaf, I reach for it little by little, then hug my branch and enjoy a sweet nap. After waking, I crawl along at my own pace. I do not race anyone or rush myself. Sometimes I hang upside down and let my mind rest; at sunset, I sit quietly and watch the light fade. Moving slowly is not wasting time. It lets me notice every movement, breeze, and leaf. The world stays wonderful even when I take my time, and I keep the rhythm that feels right for me.

Hola, soy Lolo, el Perezoso Tranquilo. Mi día empieza descansando en paz sobre una rama. Me estiro muy despacio y me doy la vuelta sin prisa. Cuando veo una hoja tierna, la alcanzo poco a poco; después abrazo mi rama y disfruto de una dulce siesta. Al despertar, avanzo a mi propio ritmo. No compito con nadie ni me apresuro. A veces me cuelgo boca abajo y dejo descansar la mente; al atardecer, me siento a contemplar cómo se apaga la luz. Ir despacio no es perder el tiempo. Así noto cada movimiento, cada brisa y cada hoja. El mundo sigue siendo hermoso aunque me tome mi tiempo, y yo conservo el ritmo que me hace bien.
