PIRANHA I am a green piranha. Because my teeth bite quickly and are sharp, the other fish are afraid of me. After I eat the little fish, I stay quietly in the water.

PIRAÑA Soy una piraña verde. Como mis dientes muerden rápido y son afilados, los demás peces me tienen miedo. Después de comerme al pececito, me quedo tranquilamente en el agua.

SHARK I am a blue shark. Although the water in the sea is cold, I do not feel cold at all. I hide my body behind a rock and wait for the little fish to swim over.

PLATYPUS I am a platypus. Because my bill is flat, I can find bugs on the river bottom. I swallow the bug I find in one bite and go to look for the next one.

HIPPO I am a green hippo. Because the sun is strong during the day, I stay in the water all day and do not come out. Only at night do I go ashore and slowly finish the grass beside the river.

HIPOPÓTAMO Soy un hipopótamo verde. Como el sol es fuerte durante el día, me quedo todo el día en el agua sin salir. Solo por la noche salgo a la orilla y termino despacio la hierba junto al río.

ELEPHANT I am a yellow elephant. Although I am very big, I do not make any sound when I walk. My long trunk pulls down the leaves from the tree, and I eat them in one bite.

LION I am a golden lion. Because it is too hot during the day, I often sleep in the grass all day. Only at dusk do I get up and take the little lion out for a walk.

GIRAFFE I am a giraffe. Although the tree is tall, my neck is even taller, so I can reach all the leaves. I finish the highest leaves, while the other animals can only watch me.
