CHICHI, THE EASYGOING CHICK Hello, I'm Chichi, the Easygoing Chick. When work begins, I pick up my shovel and dig seriously. But when it is time to stop, I put the tools down. If tasks pile up, I loosen my grip, drink a large glass of water, and let body and mind breathe. I sweep up worries and bury them instead of carrying them home. Sometimes I lie in a hammock with a completely blank mind. That does not make me useless; rest saves strength for tomorrow. At sunset, I carry my shovel away slowly, leaving work behind so life can begin again. My crooked little philosophy is simple: effort needs an ending, worries need an exit, and every worker needs room to relax.
