红色的心情。红色是勇气。坚定地说“不”，也是在照顾自己。

Red. Red is courage. A firm no can be a way to care for yourself.

Rojo. El rojo es valentía. Un no firme también es una forma de cuidarte.

橙色的心情。橙色是快乐。把一点点好玩，分享给身边的人。

Orange. Orange is joy. Share one small bit of fun with someone nearby.
