小知识：东西坏了，给经理或者房东打电话、发短信，说清楚：你的名字、门牌号、哪里坏了、从什么时候开始。

Good to know: when something breaks, call or text the manager or landlord. Say your name, your apartment number, what's broken, and since when.

Dato útil: cuando algo se descompone, llame o mande un mensaje al administrador o al dueño. Diga su nombre, su número de departamento, qué se descompuso y desde cuándo.
