小知识：签租约以前，要先看清楚。问一问房租包括什么。

Good to know: read the lease before you sign it. Ask what the rent includes.

Dato útil: lea el contrato antes de firmarlo. Pregunte qué incluye la renta.

搬进来和搬走的时候都要拍照。在加州，房东要在你搬走以后二十一天以内退押金，或者写清楚为什么扣钱。

Take photos when you move in and when you move out. In California, the landlord must return your deposit within 21 days after you move out, or explain in writing why money was kept.
