小知识：打客服电话以前，先把账单和账号准备好。记下客服的名字、日期和确认号码。

Good to know: before you call customer service, have your bill and account number ready. Write down the agent's name, the date, and the confirmation number.

Dato útil: antes de llamar a servicio al cliente, tenga a la mano su cuenta y su número de cuenta. Anote el nombre de quien lo atiende, la fecha y el número de confirmación.

小心骗子：如果有人打电话给你，要你的密码或者社会安全号码，不要告诉他。挂掉电话，自己打账单上的号码。

Watch out for scams: if someone calls you and asks for your password or Social Security number, don't give it. Hang up and call the number on your bill yourself.
