小知识：给医保办公室、医院、诊所打电话，都可以要免费的翻译。说：“I need a Mandarin interpreter.” 说粤语就说 “Cantonese”，说西班牙语就说 “Spanish”。不会说，就请家人或者邻居帮你打第一句。

Good to know: when you call a Medi-Cal office, hospital, or clinic, you can ask for a free interpreter. Say: "I need a Mandarin interpreter." For Cantonese, say "Cantonese." For Spanish, say "Spanish." If you can't, ask a family member or neighbor to say the first sentence for you.
