小知识：从 2027 年起，很多 19 到 64 岁拿医保的大人，要报每个月 80 个小时的工作、上学、培训或者义工，几样可以加在一起。一个月挣的钱够多（大约 580 块以上），也可以算。

Good to know: starting in 2027, many adults ages 19 to 64 on Medicaid must report 80 hours a month of work, school, training, or volunteering — and these can be added together. Earning enough in a month (about $580 or more) can count, too.
